While discussing the status of the OTS nine month overdue SRI report on parapsychology, information on their research was given by Dr. H. Puthoff. Dr. Lucky, a well known Bell Telephone Laboratory information theorist, inform Mr. Targ and Dr. Puthoff their invited review paper on parapsychology was favorably reviewed and will be pub- lished in March 1976 Proceeding of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Dr. Freund, from the Naval Electronics System Command, increased the scope of their current contract by $27,000 to investigate some paranormal interactions with magnetometers. The Naval Coastal System Laboratory in Panama, Florida is considering a third contract. The SRI research parapsychology effort is fully funded until next Summer according to Puthoff.
