1. This morning, I called Ted Babbitt about the meeting proposed in the Val-Peterson letter. We agreed that he would explore with Mr. Peterson's office as to whether this meeting could be set for April 30th. I told him that Mr. Clark would (both) represent OSI, and would be accompanied by Dr. H. P. Robertson, who served as Chairman of the Panel.
