11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers noted orange disc shaped objects, that appeared to come out of a cloud. The objects were visible outside the clouds for approx., 20-30 seconds. Objects moved behind vapor or smoke. Objects would appear to roll out to the front of cloud or smoke then roll back behind this cloud.
