1. (S/CL_3/NOFORN) On 15 May 1984, from 1420-1535 hours, LTC
Buzby and [redacted] presented a CENTER LANE overview to the
Army Science Board Panel (ASBP) in Room 130, HQ, USAINSCOM
Arlington Hall Station, Arlington, VA. Inclosed is the 7 March
1984 Memorandum which explains the panel's objectives. The
briefing was presented at the direction of MG Stubblebine, CG,
USAINSCOM, and with the knowledge of BG Scanlon, DCG-S, and COL
Kirk CofS. Because of a time constraint, the briefing consisted
of a summary of the history of CENTER LANE, human use
requirements, and a review of completed CENTER LANE projects
(blue book) and an explanation of coordinate remote viewing
technology. ASBP members present were:
