1. (S/CL-1/NFORN) CG, USAINSCOM announced his decision on 13 July 1984 to terminate the INSCOM CENTER LANE Project (ICLP) effective 30 September 1984. The Chief of Staff, USAINSCOM notified the ICLP Manager on the afternoon of 13 July of the decision, and that the CG had the following three concerns:
