1. (S/NOFORN) PURPOSE: This MFR highlights significant data covered during my recent visit to SRI. The primary reasons for the visit were to meet the appropriate SRI personnel involved in "Remote Viewing" (RV) experiments, receive an overall orientation on the RV program and to discuss the proposal under which SRI was going to train selected INSCOM personnel in RV techniques.
