BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Slowly moving object about like north star moving from the north to south passing overhead. No sound. Brightness increased to about magnitude of Venus. Appearance not unlike ECHO; however speed was about three times as fast. ECHO observed 10 minutes later. WX clear. No clouds. 11. COMMENTS Characteristics of a/c sighting present. Description, flight and duration of sighting consistent with this analysis.
