BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Obj viewed for 5 mins 4 different times during a 15 min period. Gave appearance of rotation. Motion circular. Disappearance very rapid. Appeared as solid. Moved both in front of cdouds & behind them. Erratic motion. Observed also w/binoculars. Hissing sound accompanied obj. Details w/portholes, lights etc. In NW at appearance & disappearance. Saucer w/dome & motors. 11. COMMENTS Observer did not call anyone to witness this strange phenomena. It appeared 4 times in a 45 min period. No additional witness were summoned. Only observers rpting obj fm city of several million people. Strong possibility of light reflections playing on cdouds.
