Round reddish white object size of a pin head at arm's length observed at 29 deg 55 min elev 1/10 deg relative azimuth. Looked like a planet. Disappeared on the horizon at 050 degrees. Object appeared to be in orbit. Both observers stated object resembled echo I.
11. COMMENTS
Object was at great altitude to give appearance of orbital flight. Check with Space Track determined that the object was not a Satellite. Also if the object were at the altitude of Echo object's speed would have been excessive. At's speed would does not lead to information offered therefore the case a valid conclusion, therefore the case is listed as an unidentified. If addition information is received the analysis will be altered depending upon the nature of the additional information.
