10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING
Very bright object color white, then green and then red and rust. One side had finger-like projections. Larger than stars and ocassionally faded and reappeared.
11. COMMENTS
The object responsible for this sighting is the planet Jupiter. A haze layer was probably responsible for the flickering and changes in color. Jupiter was in the location described by the witness, and checks on subsequent nights indicated that Jupiter was the probable cause.
