10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING
One large plane-shaped object. Resembling large a/c at approx 10,000 feet altitude. Color was red. Object moved w great maneuverability and speed; flight path varied in all directions, stopped at times and speed varied. Object was observed visually for twenty-three minutes and left area of observation with tremendous burst of speed. Halo effect remained after disappearance.
11. COMMENTS
On the basis that object was observed overhead for 23 minutes with erratic movements - possibly balloon. Winds not given. Disappearance and halo attributed to balloon burst.
