BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One white, circular object was observed to stand still for several seconds and then to rise fairly rapidly and disappear into the overcast. 11. COMMENTS Probably balloon. D/I, EADF stated it was his opinion that sighting was caused by a weather balloon since all facts in case point to this conclusion.
