One white, circular object was observed to stand still for several seconds and then to rise fairly rapidly and disappear into the overcast.
11. COMMENTS
Probably balloon. D/I, EADF stated it was his opinion that sighting was caused by a weather balloon since all facts in case point to this conclusion. Since this info was forthcoming soon after preliminary rpt was received, no investigation authorized.
