Object hovered with a slight circular movement. Object did not cancel out when moving target indicator was employed. About 8 transient a/c flew through area during observation. 11. COMMENTS Circular object hanging motionless gives impression of a large balloon. Seen for long period of time. Upper air research balloon would seem a possibility here. 12. CONCLUSIONS ☒ Was Balloon ATIC FORM 329 (REV 25 SEP 52)
