Plasmoids and the Condign Report

The UK’s Condign report from the early 2000s officially explained some UFOs as “buoyant plasma formations” — years before Grusch said “sentient plasmoid life.” The report didn’t touch sentience, but its plasma classification now looks like a half-admission the bureaucracy wasn’t ready to complete.
